One of the earliest Soo Line heralds, this became known as the dollar sign herald (for a fairly obvious reason). The original Soo Line (the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Saint Marie) was merged with the Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic in 1949. After purchase by the Canadian Pacific in 1961 the Surface Transportation Board consolidated all of the CP's US operations under the SOO rubric. Default Size:
