Boston and Maine BM herald

Boston and Maine BM herald

Interlocking B and M which succeeded the 'Minute Man' herald. The Boston and Maine was the dominant New England carrier through much of the 20th Century. Although it (like many carriers) went through bankruptcy in the 70s, it elected not to join Conrail. Eventually it was purchased by Guilford and now carries the Pan Am brand.
